Casino 1000£ confiscated

One of the operater has confiscated my winnings when I try to withdraw saying breach..
Has anyone faced my situation down here please share
New member welcome bonus targeted victims after several luring mails I have finally registered and I got a mail after registration 200% bonus..saying UK players not eligible so I blindly deposited and since it is first deposit auto bonus added.But internally some T&C link which
I didn't gave attention my region excluded for welcomebonus..later playing wagered 2400GBP without using bonus and free spins
Only with my cash.
Later 40£ bonus released into my winnings
Later at some point I withdrew 1000£.
Now they say that restricted region to receive bonus so your winnings confiscated and made null and void
My winnings
My argument is since I have not used there bonus offer in my winnings
Can I have a say that I have not breached the T&C ..
Any chance I will get my winnings
Since I not used bonus or free spins in winnings
Any similar experiences please share your advice any clues to try getting my winnings or they are gone??

I'm not entirely sure if you were online? But if so go on SBR and file a complaint. But unfortunately most complaints are due to not getting paid out. You'll probably be toast because you didn't read the TOS and didn't see you weren't eligible. But it's probably your only shot.

Thanks for your reply...really sucks man..system should not allow if we are not eligible else it is waste of time and money..customers are left with huge dissatisfied ..Casino does not lose anything..I think it should be corrected by all casino operaterst isn't it?? What is SBR??

Legally most casinos can do that bullshit thanks to the complexity of gambling laws in each region.
