I created a Betcoin.ag account on March 2nd, 2022, depositing $1,000 initially. For nearly a year, I bet on sports like football and basketball. Frustrated with the low limits on Betcoin.ag, I moved to their sister site, Playbetr.com, on December 31st, 2022, and deposited $4,000, followed by another $1,000-$2,000. On Betcoin.ag, I also added another $1,000. In total, I deposited around $7,000-$8,000 in BTC across both sites.

Everything seemed fine while I was losing, but as soon as I started winning some NBA bets and tried to withdraw my winnings, the trouble began. I attempted to withdraw 0.65 BTC from Playbetr and 0.21 BTC from Betcoin. Suddenly, both sites blocked my accounts and demanded KYC verification. I complied, providing my driver’s license, selfies, and address proof. My accounts were verified, but I was still unable to access them.

I couldn't log in, and even when I did, I couldn’t use any features. Both sites claimed I was guilty of fraudulent actions, terminating my accounts and suspending payouts without providing any evidence. They offered to return my deposits, which is laughable and insulting. I don’t care about getting my deposit back; it’s about the principle.

Since January 3rd, 2023, I’ve been emailing them without a single reply. Live chat is useless, always directing me to email for more information. It’s infuriating to see Playbetr claim they’re transparent and fair while scamming me out of 0.85 BTC, almost $20,000. Their accusations of syndicate play, match fixing, and using bots are completely unfounded. I only bet on NBA, one of the biggest, most legitimate markets in the world. Their claims are false, and they’re ignoring me and many others.

I refuse to let this slide. I will do whatever it takes to get justice, including contacting Curacao courts and lawyers. I won’t let these scammers get away with cheating fair players. They even ignored my mention of their laughable offer to return my deposits.

Here’s the proof: I have screenshots of my withdrawal requests showing 0.85 BTC in both accounts, screenshots of my fair NBA bets, and videos showing my failed attempts to access my Playbetr account and conversations proving I didn’t use Playbetr until December 30, 2022.

In summary, I deposited around $7,000-$8,000 across both sites, and my accounts were randomly blocked on January 3rd, 2023, after requesting withdrawals. I didn’t break any rules, yet I’m being ignored, with no explanation or evidence provided.

Betcoin.ag and Playbetr.com need to be held accountable for their fraudulent actions. I’m looking forward to a response from either site.

If what you are saying is true, I'd recommend posting a screenshot or two of them accusing you of syndicate play, match fixing, and using bots as well as one or two showing your balance and bets. Instead, you posted something called "Opera Snapshot". Was not interested in clicking on it, and apparently was everybody else. If you have a legitimate complaint, I do understand your frustration though. This casino complaints section seems to get little traffic, so I would not expect it to bring truth to power.
