What exactly do you mean: regression up and pull? By the looks of things, it would seem you are reducing the units in a sequence?

So regress is going down to 1 unit on the double streets and quad, then you increase the bet size in that proportion, until you reach profit?

The up and poll method is for the EC bets but not for this inside number system .

Series of 2 as one event such as RR, I would bet that series of 3,3,3,1 on R?
Nathan, would you kindly show an example using EC please?

Suggest $ 300-- with 10 % win goal .Once you reach that goal continue betting until the first loss.

Never replay any net winnings .Loss limit 25 % of session BR.

Plan for 3 sessions in order to win 2 out of 3 sessions .

Given the series, am I supposed to bet the series in order until I win only once. Then continue with the next betting series?

For example: for 3331 I have the following spun numbers: 31,7,34,24 = WLLW
Then I continue with the 2221 series..

For some reason I am not exactly sure whether to stop betting after the first win of each series. See below
WLLW Stop bets at first W, then go to 3331?
    Thanks.

Just reading Sputnik directions again, it seems that I need to wait until 2 losses appear first before betting, then stop on the win.

Why have a session bankroll 4 times bigger than what you will ever risk? What you are saying is 75% of the chips are never going to be used.

The whole concept of a session bankroll is that is precisely what you plan to risk for that session, no more, no less.
