    UTG has 63bb & opens 2.7x

    HJ has 50 bb & calls

    Folded to me with 27bb & AQs

    Is this a flat or a small raise or a jam?

    I ended up jamming.

    If you believe you can take down the pot without facing a call, yes. Because HJ choose to call, he most likely fold to a jam. I think that UTG would call you 70% of the time facing a jam for 30% of his total stack.

    A good spot to jam, at least if there are antes in play. Pluss if you jam a few times in good spots there is a bigger chance you get looser calls later when you want it. IMO
