Poker 4Bet and 3Bet call problems

    How do you build 4Bet/3Bet call ranges?

    Hay!

    I have had this problem for a while now. I have started to play 10NL Zoom and made some profit. But after playing this many hands as I am playing in 10NL zoom I have noticed that it seems that my 4Bet or 3Bet call ranges is not really working. My fold to 3Bet right now is a hysterical 90%. Right now I am only calling 3Bets with TT-JJ, AQs, AQo+ and sometimes AJ. This is when I am getting 3Bet from BB when opening from SB or BTN. If I am opening from UTG and CO 3Bets I would consider folding AQ sometimes. My 4Bet ranges is only QQ+ AKs my 4Bet range is the same range as whitch hands I would allways go all-in with pre.

    So what hands should I call 3Bets with OOP and IP in general?
    And should I ad some A5s type hands to my 4Bet range?
