Poker About sizes of raise first in

I would like an opinion about the size of the initial bets that is common to use at the start of an MTT and up to which level you use. From the middle stage onwards it is very common to use the mini raise, however what do you think of it? Is it okay to change the size according to the position on the table?

Leave your opinion for ragular / turbo / hyper tournaments and if there are also considerations for tournaments with bounty.

3.5 early for me, players want to play with lots of chips, make them pay, then 2.5 in later stages.
