Casino Aggravating Complaint Response..

  1. I was playing some MG roulette tonight at an accredited casino...

    Fancied some bigger bets as I had built a balance up, click spin, endless spin. Error. Refresh. Money gone. No result visible. Cleared cookies and all that.

    Tried a second time... Same thing..

    Extreme annoyance.

    My complaint to them:

    This evening I made some specifically big premier roulette bets as I was feeling adventurous, and am so frustrated, as I only made a few of them and each time, the premier roulette wheel just span round.. and round.. and round... for ages, so I had to refresh, money gone, no mention of result.This is so frustrating as the ball drop is all the fun!.
