You may know there are NOZ Wheels, which eliminates the negative EV. There are som tax on the winnings, and long sessions over days are not allowed. We must break on plus to not get the tax on net winnings far more than 10%. If we need many chips for the money, ie play cents thats 5 times more.

So if we check the other tables at BV there we can have sessions for Days and stake low as 1 cent, we may think (usally right) the house egde is double at American Wheels ie they pay you 35 to 1, the same as an EU-Wheel, but two zeros. At Bv they pay 36 to 1 which make the pay out for the American Wheel 37/38 compare to the Eu-Wheel which is 36/37.

The pay out is 0.973 on the American there instead of the common 0.947.
The pay out for EU-Wheel is 0.973. For inside bets the American Wheel is about the same, if we count more decimals the American pays 0.9736842105263158 and the EU pays 0,972972972972973.
It looks the American has a slight better pay out. (It is late here so check my figures).

Betvoyager's "without house edge" games are tight slap upon those who blame the house edge for losses. Even with a fair payout maths wizards can not win. Maybe they need 1:36 payout in no zero wheels, 1:37 payout in European and 1:38 payout in American roulette. Then they will place 1 unit on all numbers and will win 1 unit in each and every spin.

If you can handle the variance, you will easier win at 0-EV. But the -EV takes over in "the long run". I Think many have tested a sim using one up on loss and one down on a win. It is possible to gain from it short only on a not fair odds. After 1000 of spinns the odds slowly become dominant.
We see we lose in RFH, as we do not se the effect of the -EV in short time.

As with +EV game, it is very likly to lose short, it may take 10000 or more hands to be sure of a modest winning.
A BJ card counter have to Count with luck the first 1000 of hands, otherwise the bankroll need to be insane.

If making a million spins it may be 0.5% dominant of an EC, still it is 5000 and add to that about 27000 zeros.
