Poker any poker pro in Quebec province? i wanna make it, i WILL do it...

Hi there, im looking for somebody whos already a professional or maybe semi-pro, could be cash game player or mtt grinder, live or online in Quebec, I just want advice on how to make it pro, bounce ideas, etc.. well basically looking for a mentor kinda.


Ive been working in the same office job for 7-8 years now.. to be honest the salary is very bad ( 30K$ - 35k$ a year gross...) playing poker part time ive been doing 10-15k a year for the last few years .

i wish i would be to be able to make around as much , 35k a year is like 20-25k$ net ( after taxes right ) im pretty confident this is achievable playing poker. whetever playing cash game or mtt live or online.


i currently live in laval, Quebec, have a car, my girlfriend is ok with me playing poker, she knows im not a gambler per say... she get a good salary. we have some cash saved on the side. so yea... my dream would be to turn pro. not for making tons of money or fame or nothing.. but just to have more freedom / time. i have several friend over the globe that i wanna see, be able to travel, visit the country t everything, while still ''working'' (online or casino )would be the best.


i can tell you more info bout me if needed, but yeah, i DESPERATLY would like to know / talk to somebody who made it , who is actually making it...

i guess i need to expand my poker 'friend' network since i dont have any friends that play, i guess it could be good to get motivated,learn and improve along.. or just get coaching.. anyway i dont know what else to say.. ( i speak french as well lol )
