First time card counting and the back off happens. I was trespassed and had the option to either give them my info or take a photo which I was told was mandatory and had no choice. Pretty bummed because I enjoy the buffet and some of the concerts.

Do I legally have to let them take my photo when I am being trespassed? I kinda just wanted to tell the security guards, "nah, I'm just going to cash in and leave", but I do not know which side of the law that would fall under.

    *Additional information based on comments*

It was a double deck S17 DAS RSA game with 1 deck penetration

    *late Monday/early Tuesday
*I played for four hours in high limit
*simple 1-4 bet spread, playing one spot.
*Table minimum was $25. My bet range was 25-100.
    * no drinks, just some coffee.

I was in there by myself, and actually had some good conversations with the dealer and even the pit boss between shoes about the UCLA women's softball. Behavior was normal, just started winning.
My original concern was more that when I asked security if it was mandatory that they collect information he got angry and insisted on it.

    second update
Night two of playing blackjack in my career and decide to go over to another casino, only to find out I am barred there even before I place a bet. Crazy.

    Source.
