Poker Being staked=Smart BRM

So I am not going to play cash games for now and focus on MTTs PKO and re-entry

for some reason running a stake like this seems to help me with my BRM

I pick my torneys i plan to play in via stake agreement

this is my new year approach and i feel in control

can you guys share things that have helped you by selling your action or being staked

and yes by selling action it minimizes the strain on BR

somewhere i feel this could help my mental game some how
