Horse Racing Betonline Racebook Changes

    FYI BOL changed the Rebate Program and also the max net profit at some tracks. Increased Exotic rebate and lowered WPS. Big M now 1K net profit is one biggie.
    I have seen changes at a few other books too of late also.
    Good Idea to look at terms and race book info at all books so you dont get burned.
