Casino Betspin Deposit issue

    Been playing here for a while with no issues however tonight something strange happened. I made a deposit and got an error back saying deposit failed and to try again or contact support. I tried again thinking I forgot to put my security code in then got the same message. I began to panic and checked my bank account which was fine however the money was taken!! 2 lots of £30.00.

    I contacted support who asked me to Email a screen cap of my bank account for it to be passed onto another department. Has anyone ever had this issue and do you think it'll be resolved without any fuss?
