Sports Betting Bookie Not paying out, help needed

Hello, I places a bet on Mr play. It was a 3 leg ACCA. One for the bets was in play, the score was 2-0 to Uruguay against Bolivia. I placed a Asian handicap live bet at -1. The match finished 4-2 and they settled it as a loss. Simarly I had Panama -1 and palaced the bet when they were 2-0 against Jamaica. The match finished 3-0 and it was settled as a win. Can someone help.They are claiming goals before bthe bet don't count. Doesn't make any sense. By that logic the Jamaica game should have also been a lose. Can someone please help. 3k on the line.
