Baccarat Can anyone on this forum give a winning system?

    Any system is a winner until it isn’t. A lot of players swear by a hit and run method, I personally feel like it’s just a way to buy time until a losing session. Not to say one can’t get lucky and bide their time well, the problem is that most players who dodge losses in such a way tend to grow ballsy or careless whenever they start feeling invulnerable. Hit and run doesn’t make sense to me. If you have something that works, you shouldn’t have to run, and how do you know you aren’t running away from a really good run in your favor?

    A winning system in my opinion isn’t just the system itself, it’s a combination of self-control/patience (good mental health), a large bankroll, a solid plan and a good method and delivery of that method.

    As far as systems go, the only system that has ever worked for me and has worked well is my own variations of Oscar’s Grind. Play around with whatever you have and whatever you learn about. If it doesn’t survive a practice run of a thousand shoes, drop it and keep searching. When it does survive a thousand random shoes, come back and I’ll tell you the next step in testing.

    I’ve played Oscar’s going for a while. What do you suggest the stoploss be? i use to stop when i was at 8 units and it lost

    example

    1L 1L 1w
    2L 2W
    3L 3L 3 W
    4L

    and so on once it got to 8L i would quit what do you suggest

    I know of zero scenarios where a bankroll of 8 units would survive very long. I suggest 100 units for every half unit that you want to win per shoe. So if you plan to try and make 1 unit per shoe, I recommend a 200 unit bankroll.

    I am not saying eight units. I am saying once it got to the 8 unit Mark and you lost you stop if it got to 8 u would be down around 80 units

    You have been given a winner whorey gale by scentanal , so you are asking the wrong question.
    I agree with scentanal, soxfan, myself, Jae, etc all those that have posted for years this forum that you can give someone THE winner system and they will fuckitup and come back and claim a) it didn’t work b) it’s too complicated. But never ever do they say I lack the discipline, the bankroll or any of the non mechanical skills of follow the last or opposition of the last result ( that’s all Ec system are , following or against last decision) .
    They all come back and ask exactly what you are asking.

    The question you need to ask are entirely about yourself. No one can answer that but you. I have mentioned to you before, this forum, Jon you need to find something that works for your personality. Your needs. Only you need to define what those needs of yours are, think of the psychology rather than the financial as the one true starting point, then physical limitations, then the financial constraints. These are not answered in one day, I suggest you and others that post the same questions need to do some homework. Cheers

    Someone posted about a delayed oscars grind which i have been using seems ok, you need 5 winners before you go up 1step
    ie -1,-1,1 -1,1, 1, -1-1 ,1-1,1-5 winners (-2 in total), go up to betting 2 if you get ahead go back to 1, another 5 winners(@2 ) and your not ahead go up to 3 etc. you can see disaster coming without getting into a big hole.

    Good post , but you have perhaps had you time wasted.
    Jon has already potentially set his limitations via another thread this forum, Jon has indicated that he’s time poor both in travel duration and venue duration , and to cap it off is brickyard bound ie no interverse casinoverse available to him.
    So he’s obviously looking for the wham bamm thank you mamm whorey gale as opposed to all nite long love me long time whorey gale you gotta earn my sugarrrr
    No disrespect intended Jon , just saying it as I see it. Quos can keep his tighty whiteys unbunched and skid free.
    So Jon perhaps you could define your required parameters? Save everyone a bit of time. Cheers

    I have experimented with this as well. I also do a version of this that requires more bets in each sequence before moving up, but this would certainly be more conservative and give you the opportunity to recoup any losses during a long losing streak.

    As PC alluded to, if you’re wanting to get in and out of the casino quickly with your goal in hand, gambling might not be for you. Sure, there are days when it’ll be easy. But most days can be a grind. And you need to prepare yourself for a time grind as well. Otherwise you’re going to have a lot of losing days without the patience and discipline needed to win.

    Realistic goals.
    Jon can achieve this but just need to be realistic, maybe plan a vacation at a casinoverse for a week or two. But in the meantime can certainty prepare ( homework and practice on free interverse sites) the skills BEFORE going balls deep.

    One interesting thing about these comments.

    I know how JAE plays (or played) since he laid it out. I have a pretty good understanding of what PC does and I know how soxfan plays since he showed us (although he's not being honest). And I know how I play.

    The interesting thing is all four use completely different bet selections and staking plans!

    Just goes to show lots of ways to skin the cat.

    1. Absolutely nothing wrong with hit and run. Especially if playing follow the shoe. The game being 50-50 you may have an idea how much you can win before getting slammed. Just watched 6 people using it and being the only successful players that day. In and out.
    Also used to watch a guy that would buy in for 20 units win 3 and go to the next casino. He would keep circling all day long. I saw him do this for well over a year that I knew of. I once heard 2 guys after he left. The one said why don't we do that. The other looked at him and said we're not that smart.....Also only saw him lose the 20 one time......
    2. The money management has to match the bet selection... I would say not to play anything blindly. If you are hitting one out of 3 consistently a 3 step marty is perfect. But you must have an idea what you are going to do to recoup.... And I wouldn't recoup aggressivley. Can you get 5 units before a bust? 7 maybe? Can it run the full shoe.... Most common bet selections do not. That is why the game is a challenge. It always comes to even at some point but it's a guess as to when.
    4. Anything can work for any given amount of time.. When that happens luck is involved. Why? because you have to make the bet before the decision....
