    They use some BetSoft Software. BetSoft has been proven to screw players by no allowing certain jackpots to be won. They refused to play a player a Winning combination and made up a bunch of non-logical excuses not to pay. The real reason seems to be that they forgot to compleetly gaff that particular slot machine.
