I have been playing with Casoo.com for some time and withdrawn twice recently. Now they have forced me out of the site and will not allow me to withdraw my balance. They have used every excuse possible, none being legitimate. Even asked me to pay in Bitcoin to enable a withdrawal that way. What nonsense!! Saying now it is against new "regulations" to bank transfer to my area (Spain) having done so twice in the last 2 months. This is a big company but don't go anywhere near them. They don't like even modest winners. Now I may have lost my balance as finding details of the parent company is unavailable. Frank

That almost sounds to me like a criminal charge you might want to report to the FBI.

The issue is that the major criminal investigative organizations don't consider theft while gambling the same as theft when engaged in anything else. The reason for the disparity is almost entirely the perception on the part of the people and organization that if you were gambling you were going to lose all your money anyway so what harm was really done.

It freaking sucks. I feel your pain.

I cannot fix human perception. I have tried, though they took it in the wrong way:)

Hi. Thanks for your thoughts. I am not in the U.S but I have enough evidence of criminal activity, I just have to find the appropriate authority to take it on. I will not give up. Even bad publicity on forums may help. Frank

Thanks for your thoughts but I am not in the U.S. I do have plenty of evidence of criminal activity and am looking for the appropriate authority to take it on. I will not give up and evenbad publicity on forums such as this may help. The parent company is very anonymous, but is registered in Companies House in London so that will be a start.
