This system utilizes 2 different but interconnected progressive bets.
There are many ways to win and very few to lose.

One of the two progressions is moving from the outside sections towards the inside, while the other moves towards the opposite direction (from inside to outside).
Sometimes the last number repeats immediately and this allows us to win more, sooner or later the number repeats but even if it takes quite a while, some of its neighbors on the table layout will!

Let's move to the step by step instructions:

Step 1) Bet 1 unit on the last spun number and 2 units on HIGH if the number is HIGH or 2 units on LOW if the number is LOW.
If you win one of the 2 bets, you remain on the same betting level and you change to the last number.

Step 2) If you lost your previous bets, bet 3 units on the dozen of the number which you are betting and a split which includes the number from the previous bet with 1 unit.

Step 3) Bet 2 units on the line of the number and 1 unit on the street of the number

Step 4) Bet 2 units on the corner of the number

Step 5) Bet 3 units on the line of the number and 2 units on the street of the number

Step 6) Bet 10 units on the dozen of the number and 2 units on a split of the number

Step 7) Bet 32 units on the HIGH or LOW in regard with the number and 2 units on that number

Step 8] Bet 68 units on each of the 2 dozens where the number is closer and 4 units straight up on the number

Step 9) Bet 51 units on the 5 lines nearest to the number for 4 consecutive wins,in order to gain 4 x 51 = 204 units and fully recover all of the previous lost bets

If/when you win during any of the 9 steps ,it doesn't matter how much, revert back to the step number 1 and pick the last spun number.
The probability to lose all of the bets are very thin but you should risk approximately 450 units if you decide to go all the way till the end!
You could play it up to the 2 dozens bet (step 8], or the LOW/HIGH bet (step 7), if you would do it this way you would risk 204 and 63 units respectively.

How far you want to play it, how much risk you can afford, this is up to you to determine.
    Good luck!

It could proceed further but I thought it was excessive.
You could convert the lines to streets by using the same amount of units on each street of the same lines, every line would be converted in 2 streets, thus the total of the bet would be doubled (510 units) but still covering 30 numbers.
After you could convert the streets in 15 splits, each split would have 51 units on it, still covering 30 numbers like on the lines and streets but now the total bet becomes 15 x 51 = 765 units
And finally to convert the splits in to singles with 51 units on each and every of the 30 numbers covered for a total bet of 30 x 51 = 1530 units.

From the 9th step till the 12th (including the 3 additional) you must aim to win 4 consecutive times at any of those 4 steps in order to fully recover and restart from scratch.
Those 3 additional steps would cost you 2805 additional units on the top of the previous 9 steps for a GRAND total of 3255 units.
However, if someone would wanted to risk this kind of money he/she should rightfully feel invincible!
