I've been playing poker infrequently with friends for years, but since I just turned 18 I've been playing 1-2, 1-3 (mostly) and 2-5 live NL Hold'em since the beginning of April and have used an app called poker journal to track my sessions. I've put in about 60 hours in cash games since then, and have made about $2,025. This would put my hourly win rate at a little over $33/hour, which I think is very good, but I know this probably isn't enough time to be able to tell how good I am yet. My questions are: since most of what I've read says that you can assume an average of 30-35 hands per hour live, is a sample size of 2,000 hands enough to call myself a good player or have I been running very +EV and should expect my BB/100 winrate to fall substantially from the roughly 33 BB/100 it's sitting at now? I know that this winrate isn't sustainable in the long-term, I'm just wondering whether poker is something I should start to take more seriously and put more time into. Thanks in advance
