I've heard stories of dealers doing little things to allegedly try to stop a hot roll, which may or may not be true, but consider this.
When did you give your biggest tips? When you had your biggest wins of course. I know I do.

So that hourly wage dealer can work nothing but cold tables during their shift and barely get a tip all night, or they can get considerably more because some people are winning big and tipping big. If someone wins $25k on a hot roll, its not their money. Its not old-timey Vegas where gamblers were hauled into a back-room on a whim to face some brass knuckles.

I know that at most casinos tips are spread out among many employees, and of course not everyone in the joint can win every time but you get the gist.

    Am I missing something?
