Forex Exact Pinbar Definition?

hey ff's, i am working on a dash that includes a few candle signals. i started with the pinbar and am finding different definitions. is the tail 2 or 3 times the size of the body and is there a size requirement for the nose length? would you guys include this candle pic as a true "pinbar"? or more importantly should be the location of the bar in relation to the before and after bar? so i'm just looking for opinions. thanks!
p.s. the 1st pic is the beginning of my dash....2nd pic is the candle. this one pops up making the tail 2 x the size of the body.
