Forex Excel sheet for trade journal

Hee,

I'm recently started trading and I have found a good system. It works well, but I seem to forget my rules as soon as I start trading. I'm daytrading and spend most of time checking the 15/5M charts. If i'm trading I forget the most silly things like: the news, london and NY opening. I also did some 'rage' trading, because I want to cover my loss. Now i've seen an excel sheet here on FF that allows you to fill in your own questions. After that there will be a pop up menu with yes or no. If it fits my rules it can be turned green. This will prevent me from trading outsides the rules. This is also the first step towards a trading journal. Feel free to share your excel sheet. I could't find the post that shared the excel sheet.
