I've some questions which, hopefully, you can help me understand.

    1. How possible is an, approximately, 80% of all forums' members to have a long term winning strategy such as yours?

2.Would not that be highly unlikely?

    Now this question is not entirely hypothetical but based on my personal observation over the course of years;

    3. There are not as many members as they used to be.

    4. From the fewer members there is significant less interest in participating on topics regarding strategies and in general about how to win on long term basis than what it used to be on the past.

    5. People prefer to discuss more about unrelated subjects rather than contributing all as a team to a mutual and beneficial cause/goal.

    6. More minds are able to achieve easier and better than a single alone.

    7. Even if you would share a long term winning method, do you think that all gamblers worldwide would read your topic?

    8. Do you think that from those who would read it all of them would use it, let alone to the letter??

    9. Do you think that casinos would close, stop roulette game, or even change its rules, which have never changed since 1 and a half century ago???

    10. What is the real reason behind this behavior?

    11. Don't you think that forums are a great mean to connect people worldwide under a common cause/goal?

    12. Why they are not focused groups of individuals, instead we see too much blah blah speaking about nothing practically, or about promoting products and services to potential customers?

    13. Why when there were important efforts a few persons derailed those topics and from the practical considerations we ended up striving to prove a point, defending our positions from the intruding negativity?

    14. If some have found something which works AND don't desire to share it then what on earth are they doing here?

    15. If they want to have a conversation and/or pass time then why they don't do it outside forums, with any other persons and/or activities??

To my great disappointment I came to realize that I'm speaking alone and the forums are not being used the way it's meant to be used!

    1) "Think" they have... it makes a huge difference.
2)As most of gamblers doesn't know about variance, it is "normal"
3)Besides, how many members have several accounts?
4)I can understand it when it's about -2.7 but i don't understand when it is about AP
5)I can understand it when it is about -2.7
    6)Whatever you are 5/10/15/20 2+2 will never make 5
7)If you want you got to put 10K price, they use to associate free=Bs
8)Actually if it's about a -2.7 system, they 're right to not pay attention :)
9)They would set the rules... it depends how difficult it is to apply it for the player.
10)Well it is not a charity organisation
11)Of course it is, but you'll match only with a very few% of them
    12)See answer 5
13)Because 99.99% of the time, it is simply another sheep that is under positive variance and 'll think automatically think he's The One. See your question 1
14)He's just trying to languishing, it helps him to feel good to "know" something (actually nothing) that others don't know
15)Because they're just dreaming and know that they will be spank.

To answer some of your questions BA in my humble opinion only.

    1. It's not likely at all.
    2. Yes.
    3. Probably loads of reasons. When I started reading forums back in 2004, you could tell a lot of the members were the old school 'experienced' type of gambler. How many of them have died / went broke / found a cheaper hobby. A lot of the youngsters today don't have the time or patience to read books, learn and think about gambling related things.
    4. How many times can you discuss the same topics without getting bored. If you go through your gambling life learning what doesn't work, then there certainly isn't much left to talk about.
    5. True. But although we don't really know each other, a lot of us have come along on the same ride, so sometimes it's good to shoot the breeze with old 'comrades'.
    6. You would think that's true, but in my experience, I have found a lot of older forum members get stuck into a certain belief and are not very good at adapting to new ideas.
    7. Of course not.
    8. If it worked and they had any sense, they would but gamblers are a strange breed and having a winning system won't necessarily make someone a winner.
    9. Only if every Joe Schmuck could walk into a casino and take their pants down and that certainly isn't happening.
    10. Not everyone is who they say they are and not everyone's agenda is clear. But hey, it's the internet.
    11. Yes, nothing stopping anybody forming a group with likeminded souls to further develop their ideas.
    12. Most forums are about the products/services. Even the ones that pretend they are not. There is a war on for your mind and your wallet! Beware.
    13. Probably for the above reason. Nobody likes competition.
    14. Old habits die hard. Also Mainstream TV is pretty shit IMO.
    15. True. I do find myself taking longer sabbaticals away from the gambling forums. The interest isn't what it used to be and it's good to have different hobbies for sure. The world doesn't / shouldn't revolve around gambling.

BA, it just feels like you are talking to yourself because you still have the passion and a lot of your generation now just have indifference.
Never give up what you may have spent a lifetime striving for if it's that important to you.

    Highly unlikely.

2.Would not that be highly unlikely?

    Of course.

    Now this question is not entirely hypothetical but based on my personal observation over the course of years;

    3. There are not as many members as they used to be.

    Apparently.

    4. From the fewer members there is significant less interest in participating on topics regarding strategies and in general about how to win on long term basis than what it used to be on the past.

    This is my conclusion.

    5. People prefer to discuss more about unrelated subjects rather than contributing all as a team to a mutual and beneficial cause/goal.

    Unfortunately.

    6. More minds are able to achieve easier and better than a single alone.

    Not necessarily.

    7. Even if you would share a long term winning method, do you think that all gamblers worldwide would read your topic?

    No.

    8. Do you think that from those who would read it all of them would use it, let alone to the letter??

    No.

    9. Do you think that casinos would close, stop roulette game, or even change its rules, which have never changed since 1 and a half century ago???

    No.

    10. What is the real reason behind this behavior?

I believe that it has to do with the ego like many other issues.

    11. Don't you think that forums are a great mean to connect people worldwide under a common cause/goal?

That would have been the ideal, but people don't operate optimally in general.

    12. Why they are not focused groups of individuals, instead we see too much blah blah speaking about nothing practically, or about promoting products and services to potential customers?

There are two main reasons, or the lack thereof, motivation and organization.

    13. Why when there were important efforts a few persons derailed those topics and from the practical considerations we ended up striving to prove a point, defending our positions from the intruding negativity?

Human nature I guess, easily carried away of "path", covers too much on the "surface" but not in depth before he/she eventually realizes that life has passed.

    14. If some have found something which works AND don't desire to share it then what on earth are they doing here?

Bragging and laughing with others for satisfying their ego.

    15. If they want to have a conversation and/or pass time then why they don't do it outside forums, with any other persons and/or activities??

Who says they don't, someone who could gain money almost by demand most likely have plenty of time as well.

Thank all of you for your sincere replies!

When forums have agendas behind them they are counter productive

We have this agenda free forum but it’s run by the has beens and they are regressive for forums.

I mean the truth is I don’t particularly care who people think I am. It’s stupid forums

But I do only have one handle, this one. No reason for me to try and justify lol because it doesn’t really matter

    I don’t “do forums” anymore

The admin is doing alright in my opinion, the forum has more advance features than any other forum on the web.
The participation and total of members are the issue.
