Poker Guarantee Payout

    Questions please,

    In the States that have made On Line Poker legal, is there a Guarantee that the player can cash out with out getting the run around and go through a "dog and pony show" the get the money.

    And, how tightly does these States regulate the games and site.

    And, is there a program in place where the player can file a complaint or dispute. such as exist in Nevada, for example.
