Poker Hand review on igniton 10k guaranteed

Looking for some feedback on an interesting spot 12 from the money on ignition. Hand set up like so

Villian 1 (18bb effective) raise utg+2 to 3bb

Villian 2 (20bb effective) call hijack

Villian 3 (15 bb effective) call cutoff

Hero 9s9c ( 16 bb effective) shove

Curious as to the feedback if ripping it in with 99 there is the right play or if with the 3 callers for the raise i should either just call or maybe even fold. I shoved hoping to get heads up and either be flipping or against an underpair.

In the end i got 2 callers and was against j10s for the initial raiser and AQo for villian 2

My thinking was the other 2 callers would probably fold since they had action behind if they had a hand good enough to call the all in they would have raised themselves.
