Poker Hands for review.

Hi there, before getting to the hands. Is it bad form to post more than one hand in a single post?

Here's the first hand I'd like to ask about. I have a bunch of questions regarding this hand as I find these decisions hard to make.

1. What do you guys take into account when in this position? For me, it occurred to me that I was raising UTG, and that should mean I'm strong, right? But what would you do in this spot against different players? If he was really tight, is that an automatic fold? Against which player do you just call the 3bet and then play post flop vs. getting it in pre? Do you just fold it against a really tight player?
