I'll bet you have some "foodies" on here too, who might like some good places to chow down in popular gambling locale's, maybe some would like to post recipe's for tailgate parties, or big games like the Super Bowl, World Series, Daytona, or even the WSOP.

Okay, okay, so my wife wants me to post this recipe because it has a "poker" reference:

    STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE BITES

    8 OZ SOFTENED CREAMCHEESE *
    1/3 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
    1/2 TSP. VANILLA
CREAM CHEESE, SUGAR & VANILLA TIL FLUFFY*

WASH AND CAREFULLY DRY STRAWBERRIES LEAVING GREEN
    STEMS ON BOTTOM FOR BALANCE
WITH VERY SHARP KNIFE, CUT AN X ACROSS TOP AND DOWN TO BOTTOM OF BERRIES

THIS CAN BE DONE DAY/NIGHT BEFORE THEN REFRGERATE
PLACE CHILLED FILLING INTO PASTRY BAG WITH STAR TIP
FILL FROM BOTTOM TO TOP NOT TOO HIGH ABOVE BERRY
GENTLY, ROLL INTO PECAN MIXTURE (I WOULD NOT PUT ON THE NUTS TIL READY TO EAT

KEEP FINISHED BERRIES LOOSELY COVERED AND REFRIGERATE TIL READY TO SERVE

    * 8 OZ OF CHEESE WILL FILL 2 QTS. OF BERRIES AND 4 WHEN DOUBLED
