Blackjack HELP! Blackjack Asian (IDN)

I apologize for not being word perfect in English, but I hope that your understand what I'm wrote.
anyone know or play blackjack Asian here?

idk what the real name of gambling provider.
the game is Blackjack Player vs Player, everybody can be a dealer or player.
after I've been playing so long, I realized that every round the card is adjusted.
sometime always win to dealer, sometime to all player to maked the dealer bust in every round. but there are always players who don't know the scheme and hit like a donkey. sometimes i do that too, in the first scheme coming.
someone here does anyone know the schematic? so that I don't forget to hit or no to make a dealer bust.
