I've read a lot of people have mentors on these message boards making their younger players lots of money!

I would like to know how much these mentors charge to do what they do? Also do they have a written guarantee?

Anyone would be my mentor?

Those "mentors " are not better than all the system scammers .They are down on their last buck. Baccarat is a simple game of only 2 decisions .

I have a choice of 2 methods which I received from a professional gambler. None of them is better than the other.

And the other thing I don't understand yet why would they take the time to teach rather than go to the casino and win the money themselves? Please explain

 

Reading Randomness is a skill. At this point around here the skeptics hold all the Aces. If I worked hard enough to develop a sample size of data that was significant enough to refute any claim that it was too small to be considered relevant then it would be regarded as useless because it came from a tainted source. And even though I'm accumulating daily records of practice sessions from people that I have trained, those same people that are skeptics now will probably still regard the data as useless. I'm doing it because I'm actually surprised how well the student is doing after such a short time of being instructed. I'm working on adding a few more students. I want this data set to be large and from many other students. So far I have spent over 40 hours in instruction time with the first student. It's just about the practice now and the results. Student #1 is ready to go to the casino and see for himself.

Now once all this is known to everyone, the same kind of students for those future testings will be tracked and rated for validation of data and of win / loss ratios. Once that data set is accepted as not being useless then the math crowds will have to explain why it is that it defies all their known logic. That will be when the fun really starts. The pretzel maneuvers of excuses will take on a kind of amazing trend of their own. And someone will point them to these forums for the biggest laugh of them all.

It's either that or that I am a crackpot. I dig the rarefied air, the sheer size of the challenge, the danger of putting it all on the line. I found a way to validate without spilling it to the entire world all at once. How do you put a price on that?

I'm trying to find a mentor for a long time and I finally found somebody that knows one of them.

but he can't give me his phone number or email. He said I have to leave at 3 x 5 yellow index card with my email address, on the community bulletin board at one of local Vons supermarkets.

I don't want to prove anything to the world at this time. Just to my two students. They deserve a chance to get rich too. And School is out. I'm thinking of teaching one more person that will pay me the tuition after he gets going. I would do it because he sounds like someone that would be very interesting to spend so much time with on the internet. And he in nearly in the same boat as I am. So if that happens it will be just four people in the world that has this.

I would not teach John Berg if he gave me $100,000. I don't like him.
