Roulette How to bet on Multiwheel

Hello dear wise members!

In Croatia we have only 1 legal online Casino (state owned).

You can choose which wheel to play (all of them look the same), and how many of them.

How to take advantage from this?

What is the advantage of it? unless the ball goes through all the wheels in every spin I don't see any difference from normal ER? am new to the world of gambling but this seems to me like having an option of sleeping with 1 woman while seven are watching
