Poker How to improve my game?

I've been grinding the $0.50 Turbo SnG's on stars for the last 3 weeks, started with $25. My BR is now up to $42 (cheated a bit by playing a spin and go after a loss!), and I've been breaking even after every session.

I play 4 tables at a time, playing tight at the start then more loose towards the end. What let's me down is my inability to study, I don't know how to!

I know there's more to it than just googling 'SnG strategy' but I don't know where to start.. How can I improve by looking at hand history? What maths can I use? And how do I study other aspects of the game?

    Thanks
