Craps Howard's "Signature Tosses" ...

Howard Rock n' Roller - one of the most cuddly best dice tossers in the world that wants to be everyone's "friend" ... disclosure - I have known Howard a few years now, he has been to my house on several occasions and we even tripped up to Mt. Charleston Lodge where I bought Howard and his wife dinner. Howard has asked me to assist him in teaching craps players repeatedly, both in private sessions at my house and also at the Crescent Gaming School on Sandhill and Flamingo. Each time, Howard asks me to spend a few minutes discussing unbalanced dice to his students. Howard has invited me on several occasions to go to Vegas shows with him like Penn and Teller as well as the Million Dollar Quartet and we have spent many afternoons together munching on the chicken wings in Caesar's Diamond Lounge.

Howard also has asked me often and many times to join him for dinner to speak to his students and friends about biased dice in the Las Vegas Casinos - I have done so on each occasion except with gargoil who's reputation proceeded him and I had no desire to meet. As Howard's wife, Ivy Weinerman-Newman said about gargoil:

Howard has asked my advise frequently from betting styles to tosses, even coming to my 2-story Penthouse Suite at LINQ to ask me to assist him on how to get out of his Florida business lease contract and some other legal issues when the Government effectively shut down his massage business because they did not like him filing Medicare claims for massages.

Okay - This is the story Howard told his wife and I in Las Vegas in response to your post on the censored board:

So Howard explains that you are Lebanese and you are good friends of a Lebanese dealer at Bally's and that you asked him about biased dice being used at Bally's. You said that the Bally's dealer said that all their dice were balanced and that he could prove it to you.

Howard then explained to his wife and I that you then said the Bally's dealer took you into a back room to a cabinet where Bally's keeps their unused dice. You said the Bally's dealer then took out a new stick of dice and handed them to you as he got a balancing caliper. Then Howard explained that Gargoil told him the dealer balanced the new dice on the caliper to show you that they were not biased.

Gargoil - you have made several replies on this thread without denying the Bally's story .... anyone that knows anything about casino security, including Howard's wife, knows that dealers are not allowed access to dice other than on their own Craps table -- otherwise would be a violation of quality control and many state casino laws

For instance, at Bellagio daily dice are escorted to the craps pit by two people including a security guard every morning around 8 a.m. The dice are then placed in the locked craps pit podium and logged into a Binder .... it is a double keyed locked podium that allows no one pit boss to retrieve the dice by themselves
