Poker ICM Spot...ACR $1.10 FT Pocket Jacks

This hand comes from a final table of a $1.10 Turbo On Demand tournament from ACR. I only had a 3 hand sample on the villian, so no useful stats were available at the time of this hand. At the point this hand went down I was sitting 3/9 in chips and had a solid TAG image. My question for you guys is should I be avoiding this spot all together, flatting to see the flop, or folding to the 3 bet jam. There were two very short stacks at the table, one being 1 BB and the other being 2.5 BB. One of the main reasons I decided to play the hand the way I did is because it wasn't even one buy-in more if I waited on the 2 shortstacks to bust. The payouts were as follows.
