Poker ICM spot in £150 MTT

This is a 2 day MTT. £150 buyin. 100k GTD. Day1 is online (partypoker) and day2 is live. Normal speed, 10min blinds.

15 players make it through to day2 and cash for £300. 17/100 left in.

I'm 14/17 in chip stacks.

I have 16bb's.

HJ open ships with 9bb's. I'm on button with kjs, do we ship or fold?

Chip EV is a call but £ EV we fold? (I think?)

If you agree, what's your bottom calling range in this ICM spot.
