    Hi guys,

Names Ash I'm a UK based player I've been on the poker circuit around 5 years now I'm a profitable live player at both 100 and 200 NL casino I'm also up in live tournaments, online I haven't been fortunate enough to take down a big prize as of yet I have the playing ability to mix at a respectable level ,however tend to stay away from big sites (stars) endless options and stakes because ''this is part of the problem'' my temptation steers me to take big risks and chase a tilt maybe even go a little mad. (short temperament )
I can be like 'zen' for weeks on end and then be like charlie sheen for a days on end.

Basically I'm destroying my profits and wasting all my hard work. I will play roulette i will bank my return then blow the rest!
The most painful thing is I can play some mesmerising poker, Solid results playing as a tag and as a lag Some nights I have flawless games where decisions have been so precise and I could tell you every single player at my tables strategy, weaknesses and strengths withing 5-7 hours of meeting them in person.

Basically I am struggling I love the game absolutely love the game I know I have some raw talent there far the finished article but with the right focus and the right work ethic I can contribute to my life financially with this beautiful game.
Ive got better with control but i still occasionally steer to the dark side!

    So in a nut shell.
    Stay or quit?

Quit now.... if you would like to talk about it more, join me on Skype (al.spath) as I have had clients in this situation before and there is only one safe answer (if unwilling to listen to sound advice and think you can handle it on your own). sorry, but the truth will set you free.
