What is your view on this. Try not to be bias. The terms edge & advantage are HUGE discussions, again.

I have said, I understand if advanced AP guys get an edge/advantage. My point is, regarding system/method players. If you claim you have a short or long term edge/advantage, that means (imo) you have slightly dropped the HE. They say, they have an edge AND the HE stays exactly the same.

I dont see how you can have it both ways? At least they do admit, the HE will not drop for them. I applaud that. QUESTION being >> how can you have an edge OR an advantage over the guy sitting next to you? Its ALL in the wording.

So the definition of EDGE just got a bit murky over there. Now, its only an EDGE after the fact, never prior. If you had a winning day, you HAD an edge. If you lost, you did not. More to come.......

According to Mister Perfect, if goofy RouletteGhost had a winning day, he had an EDGE.

After reading about the R30 conversations I wonder if Micky/Ghost had a brother named William.

One guy slightly changed the definition of EDGE. Now, if a system guy *HAD* a winning day (edge) but if a lucky guy won, its not an edge. I cant keep up.

This was a comment from me at R30 >> The ONLY edge can be......AP skills (tilted wheel etc.), cheating (post betting), accidentally getting over paid. Thats it. If I left anything out, please add.

Now its changing again. From scepticus >>
"We all use different Assumptions . Trends- Hot numbers -Cold numbers -Virtual Bets and then we claim that we have beaten the House Edge.

This is only true if it also gives a mathematical Edge because that is what an Edge is - a mathematical concept."

Scepticus is a nut. Just read about his nine block and ask him to explain it.

Four different morons there against me, you would think, I'm trapped? Nope. All four have different definitions for EDGE.

Let me ask you Caleb. Your answer won't upset me. Can there be an EDGE (prior or after playing) for a mechanical system? If so, how? Keep in mind, a couple say, only AFTERWARDS is the EDGE.

I don't understand those guys that say only afterwards. The comment doesn't even make sense to me. What does it even mean?

Depending on what you call a system, a mechanical system can have an edge.
    Here's an example.

    1. The player tracks a wheel for 3800 spins.
    2. The player notes all numbers that are hitting above two standard deviations. Or number pairs hitting well above average.
    3. The player collects another out of sample of 3800 spins and tests to see if the numbers once again perform well.
    4. The player then chooses to play all of the numbers that were above three standard deviations or more for both samples or significant pairs of numbers.
    5. The player bets 1% of his bankroll at each spin.

The above is an example of a mechanical system that can theoretically win if played over enough wheels.

So lets say a player does all that and loses on that day. They get tongue tied at R30 if you throw "what ifs" at them. That would be an edge prior to playing but because of a loss, now its not an edge(?)

You can have an edge, but lose to variance. The larger the edge is, the smaller the edge.
When you have an edge, the expectation moving forward is the edge.

From MrPerfect. Even more confusing >> "No one has edge. It's something offered by wheel. Wheel may offer it or not. Player may realize this edge , spot it...account..etc. While player play numbers ( distances) that are good for this wheel, he play with the edge. Even system player can come and in random choose numbers that are good for this wheel, he will play his systems with the edge in this case. Wheel does not discriminate between AP or system players. It just offers edge due to its imperfections. This is all about it.'

IF the player has an edge, the key is to play long enough to overcome the variance.

On R30 I read some really goofy stuff. Especially from Micky and Scepticus.

Scepticus has taken the lead over MickyP in regards to arguing and thinking he has multiple HGs. He would fit in great at RF.

He reminds me of Notto. You should go back to R30 under a new name. (lol) You would NOT be bored there.

Scepticus can't even explain his system without getting lost in his own words.

Notto lives along the river Denial.

Playing hot numbers, wow - what a concept.
The only difference between what you said and what I can do - is that I don't need
to track 3800 spins - and neither does anyone else.
At some point you'll understand that hot numbers happen - and there needs to be no wheel
bias or defect in order to benefit from this - it happens thanks to RANDOM.
Post the kid cartoon in class again or some other meme, why do I bother.

    Turbo,

The difference is that what I do works.

You just play hot numbers. However, I play biased ones.

    Turbo,

On Roulette cc Notto has tested your system for close to 30 or 35 spins now. 30 to 35 spins means he's played about 20 games, and has proven that it's the holy grail! The key is to always look forward in time to the next series of spins before traveling back a few spins to choose your bet.
