    Question for Admin. I'm seriously thinking of setting up my own VPN, due to the recent trump ignorance and slave to big business huge loss to the privacy of people on the internet. So if I log in after doing that, is admin going to claim I'm a sock puppet?

    If you let us know beforehand like you did here and there is no suspicious behavior afterwards, then you have nothing to worry about.

    If we later suspect you may be using sock puppets, then we'll simply limit your account and ask you to stop connecting through a VPN.
