After reading up a bit via the net, it appears you have more legal rights playing a normal USA casino. Was just wondering if anybody has any stories, good or bad, regarding Indian casinos?

Or any reason why you only play normal USA casinos.

There are legions of stories of Indian casinos screwing people over because they can. They bypassed the law and did me a favor 20 years ago. I won $2,500 on a slot machine and forgot all about it at tax time. Nothing ever came of it because the Indian casino did not turn over most of their tax records to the IRS in those days because it was too much work and they felt like they didn't have to. So the IRS never found out. Works for me..

I personally prefer the casinos licensed by the individual US states .

Native American Indian casinos are operated on their own tribal l ands and under their own laws .

I have had no problems while playing at Native American casinos but they are are a mixture of class 2 and

class 3 casino designation based upon the type of equipment offered on the casino floor..

Native American Indian casinos exercise their own lows on the reservations. Any dispute

that might arise is being handled by a tribal court .

    Nuff said .
