Can a dealer control where the ball will stop?

I definitively think it is possible. My theory is it all deepens on coordinating the size of the ball. Ball speed along with when and where the ball is released and the position and speed of the wheel at the time the ball is sent. I'm sure it takes a lot of practice but dealers can spend hours of practice in the training room. Hitting the exact number desired is tough but hitting within a desired particular sector of three or four numbers can be regularly achieved. Consequently, the exact number will hit after several attempts.

Don't believe me? Think back how many times a green will appear at the worst possible time.

30 years ago when i lived in Vegas , i know of a couple of dealers who could do it .Today most of the dealers are Asian and are basically Robots who could care less . Yes it can be done but i doubt anyone of them care to do it.

I'd imagine that a seasoned croupier could send a ball into a certain section of about 5 numbers for sure. Depending on fret type.

Because wheel fret types vary is why I said ball size helps. Smaller balls tend to bounce more and larger balls do not. Don't get suckered in by the story that larger balls are too big for some dealers hands. Casino's don't give a shit about size of dealers hands.
