Casino Is this Normal? Bankruptcy?

Discussion in 'Casino Forum' started by Casino2014man, Oct 5, 2015.

  1. I was just reading through some terms at a casino, and came across:

If a player is known to have gone bankrupt in the country of his residence, the Company reserves the right to terminate the user account and suspend all payouts to the player.

This does not affect me as I am not bankrupt.. But is this normal or even allowed..? What difference would this make to a casino...

    Source.

This sounds CRAZY but nothing surprises me with some of these reptile casino proprietors ... it always pays to have a good lawyer in case of emergencies I say!!!

It sounds normal for me because if you are in bankrupt its mean that you owe money to somebody, but you cant give them, so it's not fear to gamble and have bankroll in any casino or sportsbook while you are owing money

As far as I know, every country has got this kind of law preventing you to buy some services if you are legally recognized as bankrupt. It's not only gambling, the banks, other governmental bodies will withdraw any ties you may have with them.
This basically, puts casino in a safe position. Nothing to worry about. If the casino is not located in your country, it would be merely impossible for them to find out an info about your bankruptcy anyway ;)

That's the real issue. From the day that you declare to the day that the bankruptcy is resolved the case you are in is in a state of Bankruptcy Resolution. All liquidations and asset forfeitures as well as any hidden assets must be satisfied by the court. Then, after that investigation, the case is resolved. Until then any gambling activity might drag the casino into litigation. They don't want that unneeded expense and loss of time, manpower, and cost. So you are out of luck until you get your resolution papers from the court. Those issues are all public records too.

before my 6 post I wrote another message, where he wrote that I also went bankrupt, and I wanted to declare bankrupt, but the moderator for some reason did not approve it. Take this.
I read this topic and could not resist not write here . No, man, this is crazy ! I had previously gone bankrupt, and I wanted not to pay! It was this CY I was playing on, but they cheated a lot of players and didn't want to pay out. Now this site is completely redesigned, made a new design and so on. Don't play on http://www.online-casino-freeguide.com/ this site !!!! But thank God the court and a good lawyer helped me. But this is quite real.

When you get bankruptcy so you owe money for somebody,
Is this the reasons to hold your money by casino?
    If i understand right - it's outrageously!
