It appears they recruited some names via a quid pro quo for site linkage, but the names are just for show.

 

This site was created back in 2004 by the late Kenneth Weitzner, a retired Chesapeake self proclaimed psychiatrist (debunked).

Weitzner fell foul of the law back in 1998 when he used to run a web site called The Prescription, later sold for 2.4M. Which lead to English Sports Betting, an offshore casino in Montego Bay, Jamaica, filing a $5 million libel lawsuit against Weitzner. Who apparently ignored the court ruling against him (way to go Ken, might explain the wild west attitude that now exists today ).

It appears somebody bought / took over / acquired the site name from the hosting company, minus the original content. It remains a mystery who is operating this web-site now, but are most likely based in Sarasota Florida. One whois site reports that GF is still registered to Kenneth Weitzner also DomainTools reports that this site is for sale (don't know if that is true or not, it is what it is being reported)?????

Those links are an interesting read, I trust the admin doesn't mind me posting this info and maybe is willing to explain the link if any between Weitzner and the current owner and why they acquired this site rather than simply create a new entity.
