Poker keeping focused

What do you do to keep focused on the poker table?

 

play every hand, whether you have mucked them or not, watch others for tells, see how much they bet into a pot (size matters), and most of all, put players on hands (groups of them), then practice narrowing your guess and get good at identifying what your opponent(s) most likely have. Then when you have cards, you are better equipped to make more correct decisions.

Or you can check your IPhone, order a beer, talk to a waitress, or just zone out....

I'm hoping my opponents do the later.
