They have been dealing with Kineko.com since December 2022, primarily engaging in sports betting on major European football leagues. Over the first half of the year, they were given increased betting limits, but trouble began in May 2023 when they tried to withdraw a significant portion of their $250,000 balance. On June 23, 2023, Kineko claimed their data provider was not processing payments due to ongoing litigation. Despite this, they insisted that Kineko was responsible for their balance, not their provider.

A payment plan was agreed upon on July 15, 2023, to process $10,000 in withdrawals weekly, but this fell apart after two weeks. Kineko missed payments and later promised to process $20,000 by August 9, 2023, which never happened. They continued to provide excuses, and on September 14, 2023, Kineko suggested reaching a settlement due to internal issues. They engaged a third-party mediator and outlined conditions for resolving the withdrawal issue.

Kineko proposed a new plan on October 3, 2023, to pay $10,000 every month, which they accepted. They received the first payment on November 22, 2023, but no further payments have been made since December. Kineko has been non-responsive, with their last communication on January 18, 2024, promising to follow up, which never happened.

This situation has dragged on for a year, and Kineko's failure to honor their commitments is unacceptable. They have been more than patient, and it's time for Kineko to release their funds immediately. Kineko, refund their money now.

Welcome to the frustration of being in the Casino Complaints section, where hit counts go to die. I don't know if you chose this section, or you were relegated to it. Sounds like you are talking about a serious issue. As a result, I would expect a disappointing number of comments. Most people just seem to want little morsels of entertainment. I have the misfortune of being one of the other two people in this section, so I can empathize. It seemed like you deserve at least one reply. I might suggest not starting the post with the word "they". I can understand if you want to keep the party anonymous, but it is a little confusing. Other than that, it is nice to see something that is well written for a change. From what you are saying, I think the affected party is going to be out of luck. I've had way too much experience with complaints regarding gambling companies, and my experience is that the online community does a below average job bringing truth to power, even if what you are saying is correct.

I've got a legitimate complaint with online casinos. I was on a huge bonus on an online slot, and the provincially-run (and regulated) gambling site abruptly ended the bonus round, stating I've reached my $90,000 limit. I had 3 bonus spins left and the machine was at $94 grand when the site terminated the game. I was ecstatic and dumbfounded at the same time. Is that right? Every bricks and mortar casino I've ever been to over the past 25 years pays out what the machine says, not some arbitrarily low number. I mean, this is a site where you can bet $200 a spin on some games. My biggest-ever win will forever be tainted by some bureaucratic BS. Just wondering if I have a valid complaint.

Hula, I'm just a random observer, but the details you are providing are not adequate to get the full picture. If this is an online casino, you need to mention which one so people can see what that particular casino's bonus terms and conditions are as stated on their website. Typically, bonuses come with a number of restrictions, so the casino may be within their rights depending on their particular rules. It would also be more appropriate if you made an altogether new posting instead of escalating this issue in someone else's post that is about a completely different topic.
