There's more to the game than just the layout. If you're only paying attention to the layout, then you could be taken advantage of while playing.

How many ball revs is normal for your game?
Can you bet after the ball is spun? If not, then why not?
How do you know the game isn't cheating you?
Is the wheel suddenly speeding up and slowing down? Why?
Does the action of the ball look normal to you?
Does the ball seem to bounce around an abnormal amount?

Never ever play a roulette game that won't let you place or cancel your bet AFTER the ball is spun!

No. But I will collect the revolution number and amount of seconds to bet when I go back

I can tell you that you could place or cancel bets as the ball was turning so a god sign

I'm truly disgusted by some of the gaming manufacturers these days. Some games are very predatory.

In the UK there is a huge digital roulette machine epidemic in bookmakers (FOTBs, (fixed odds betting terminals). No better than a fruit machine imo. Gullible punters get addicted to them, and not knowing much about roulette they throw a lot of money away into those bandits. Not that I think knowing much would help them. The random in the machines is probably questionable. The FOTB industry here is making bookmakers millions per week and is a profit stream they now rely on. Indeed many new B and M bookmaking shops have opened on high streets in the last 10 years, mostly propped up by FOTB machine profits that are making more for them than day-to-day betting. This happen in the US?

What I don't understand is how it is legal

The game is already a negative expectation game with a house edge greater than baccarat and blackjack

For them to be predatory would be risking their license?

In the state of NY no dealers allowed (at this time) and only "lottery terminals" are allowed

How did the airball machines find a loophole? Is it because the results are pre determined?

Under the guise of making the game more random, they add predatory software. Gaming doesn't understand most of the software, and they just don't dig that deep.

Over the years there have been several software glitch court cases with several different gaming manufacturers.
