Forex Light or dark background for charts?

    From a medical point of view asking this ;)
    Full time day trader has to look at the chart maximum time, it will generally create eye strain.
    I have seen big financial websites or in any stock exchange floor, they mostly use black or dark background...
    What is your choice? You feel comfortable on dark or light background for charting ?
