Forex Liquidity providers and mini lots

    I understand that most Liquidity providers do not accept trade with lot size less than 0.1 on ECN/STP account, how true is this statement because most brokers I know allow trade that is less than 0.1 lot in their ECN/STP account, so how do they root these trade to the liquidity providers.
