Poker look for a good solution

I wanted to ask you about the thing that, bothering me.
Namely - playmaking with high pair or AK, AQ, AJ.
I noticed recently that when I play (suppose it is half of the tournament. (Half of the competitors were eliminated)) I do not have a good feeling for the moment.
Got a high pair. is 2-3 players. Light raise. I go allin and begins to disaster.
Does not count how many times my AA or KK are defeated by small pairs.
Why is it so often happens there is a low card? which destroys your mighty hand?
This is a stressful !! the whole game, waiting for the hand - and lose with it - all!

Is it really such a bad idea, put players to the wall, allin play??!!??!!

I know that not only did I have a problem! always do only small punctures and check?
I like to put all ! but the last of my observations - usually lose the best hands!
This is a terribly stressful when you see the flop. rival gets low card - which give him three (eg, 55 + 5). and you're out of the tournament with pocket aces!
Or is it just depends on my luck, or just play safe ?!
Sometimes, it begs, to play for all ... and it turns out - but it was not the time
