Casino My experience with leo vegas, mr green and betat casino as a new customer

Hello all, Iv lurked for ages but would like to start adding to the forum where I think its helpful

Iv just had to verify my documents and wondered if anyone else found betat's process a little too personal!? Basically they want me in the photo with my ID holding my birth certificate and then want the front AND back of my cards and driving licence, they are the first casino to ask for so much info and Im not entirely comfortable with the idea of it as it would make a rogue member of staffs life very easy if they were in the business of cloning identities. For now I'd rather play a fobt than use this place lol

Now in the same 10 minute time frame of this weird request, Leo have done the opposite and approved me within 5 mins of sending in the documents and had a bit of banter with me in the chat, I feel inclined to recommend this place and want to go and play there purely from the chat I had with James for 5 minutes, also it was this casino that I was withdrawing from and they have manually flushed it instantly for me, now betat I dont even have any funds in and they want as much info as the MOD want if you work for them.

Mr Green deserve a mention too as I asked for a gesture of goodwill after 4 deposits and poor rtp only to be given 10% on the spot and wished better luck, Im not verified at greens yet but so far there chat support has been very human and not scripted like some of the poor ones.
