Forex My Outline for Trading Success - Any opinions or thoughts?

I'm trying to create a over all outline of four or five rules that will encompass
my trading business before I start trading a live account.

These (below) are the four primary things I feel I need to stay focused on at all times.
Obviously each one can be broken into sub-catagories

step one: have a successful trading system/ plan that is tested and proven to make money consistently
step two: have the confidence to execute the plan with discipline – no hesitation
step three: Understand money management concepts and the impact of each trade to my capital
step four: always be working to improve my trading skills

Any feedback, thoughts, opinions or comments would be greatly appreciated
