    I am not aware of any problem on my in box . The last message I received was dated April 12 th , 2019 .

    I did not disconnect this feature . Hardly use it .

    It's probably because Sputnik hasn't 300 messages yet. He can receive a private msg from someone who got 300 msg and answer it but he can't decide to start a private conversation till he hasn't reach 300 msg... well i think so.
